Weights of Guts (Shinobi World Supplement)

Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement) These weights are heavily compressed by fuinjutsu. With extended wear, a shinobi's abilities can be temporarily enhanced. You may don or doff the weights as an action. While you are wearing the weights, your movement speed is decreased by -10 ft., and you have a -2 penalty to any roll you add your Dexterity or Strength modifier to. When you remove the weights, this penalty is lost, your movement speed is increases by +10 ft. and you have a +2 bonus to any roll you add your Dexterity or Strength modifier to for 1/100th of the time you wore them (i.e. if you wore them for 24 hours, you gain this benefit for 14 minutes).
