.svg[edit]

So, youhow do you do that thing with storing a .svg in media: and then creating a .png from it? –CĂșthalion (talk) 11:53, 16 May 2007 (MDT)

I created all the flags in Inkscape (SVG), then exported them to PNG. I do that offline. I include the SVG's for anyone who may wish to have the originals. (I just wanted to do SVGs, but many were displaying incorrectly, so I had to revert back to PNG.)--Dmilewski 13:08, 16 May 2007 (MDT)
Aha! I hadn't encountered Inkscape before. I've been using Irfanview, which has some nice features, but has only limited .svg support.
I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who has trouble viewing .svg images.
Oops. Typo in my original question. I guess you figured it out. Thanks. –CĂșthalion (talk) 09:10, 17 May 2007 (MDT)
