Talk:Stupify (5e Spell)

As a cantrip, lowering a creatures ability score is a bit too strong. Additionally, the wording seems weird, you must roll higher than the targets intelligence score, do you mean with the d4? So this would only effect creatures of extremely low intelligence to begin with (3 or lower)? It would be of very little use if so. As to the spell school, this should really be Enchantment, as it effects the mind of the creature, rather than transmutation. For instance, Feeblemind, the 8th-level spell, is enchantment, and this cantrip does similar in affecting a creatures mind. Also, this could use clarity if this is concentration or not, as it seems like it should be (especially as a cantrip)--Kahz (talk) 03:42, 19 October 2016 (MDT)

How can you lower one of a creature's Intelligence scores? It only has one. SirSprinkles (talk) 03:52, 19 October 2016 (MDT)
