The primary spell caster must overcome the creature's Spell Resistance (Caster gets +33 to caster level during the attempt). If the SR was beaten, the dragons are allowed a Will save (DC 70+Relevent Ability Modifier) to negate the summon. If the Will save is failed, the two dragons appear where the caster designates and act immediately. They attack the caster's opponents to the best of their ability. If the caster is able to speak with them, he may direct them not to attack, or to attack a particular enemy. The dragons stay loyal for 40 rounds, after which they return to where they were summoned from.
