Shield Mastery [General, Fighter]

You are especially proficient in blocking attacks with your shield.

Prerequisite

Shield Proficiency, Base attack bonus +1

Benefit

When using a buckler, light shield or heavy shield, you may choose one opponent. Against this opponent, you gain a +2 dodge bonus to AC. You may select a new opponent each round. You may not use this feat if you are flanked.

Special

You also gain the benefit of this feat when using a tower shield if you have Tower Shield Proficiency, but only if you are not using it for cover.
