Wondrous item, uncommon This here rope was popularized by bounty hunting wizards and military officers and now the average adventure can have one too from KYSTech. Automated Executioner. Once the command word is spoken the rope will tie itself into a noose. when the command word is spoken again the noose will hang itself at an acceptable height to hang a person. a branch or point to hang the rope is not required as like an immovable rod it will make a fixed point to hang. a person hung from the noose is reduced to 0 hitpoints and fails 2 death saves. |
