The Nightmare Hive seem to not do much other than obeying the god they follow though some leave if they think they can become a god or lightbearer by themselves.
Hive Names[edit]
Alak-Hul, Oryx, Savathun, Xivu Arath. Sathona.
Hive Traits[edit]
Ability Score Increase. You're str and con increases by 1.
Age. Until they die... that's it.
Alignment. Lawful and some more Evil than Neutral
Size. Depends on kind.
Speed.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common, Hive, Nightmare.
Subrace. Knight, Wizard, Acolyte.
Knight[edit]
If you are a lightbearer and you're a Knight, you are stuck as a Titan.
Ability Score Increase. con and str increase by 2.
Shield. You can summon a shield to protect you for 3 turns or until it's hit, or you die. As your shield is up you heal 1/6 of your health per turn your shield is up. You can't move or do anything else while your shield is up and can only use it once per combat encounter. (If you're a titan than your barricade replaces this though you can get the healing by doing nothing while the barricade is up.) Your shield as 30ac but it only protects you from the front.
Wizard[edit]
If you are a lightbearer and you're a Wizard, you are stuck as a Warlock.
Ability Score Increase. wis and int increases by 2.
Poison Cloud. This can be used once per combat, and it covers a 10ft radius. While something is in it, it will take 1d4 dmg per turn it's in it. At lvl5 1d6, lvl10 1d8, lcl15 1d10, lvl20 1d12.
Acolyte[edit]
If you are a lightbearer and you're an Acolyte, you are stuck as a Hunter.
Ability Score Increase. dex increases by 4.
