Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement) Plant fibres harvested from certain flora grown in areas with a pronounced absence of ambient magic appear to carry over a substantial resistance to magical effects. The cloth that makes up this mantle is coarse and thick, but valued highly by individuals accustomed to conflict with mages. Magic Mitigation. While wearing this deep blue mantle, you can diminish damage from magical sources. When you take damage from a spell, but no more than once per spell cast, you can reduce the damage you take from the spell by 3 to a minimum of 0. |
