On sight, the Cloak of the Firey Stalker appears to be a normal robe, slightly warm to the touch. When donned by a humanoid, the cloak becomes partially sheathed in fire, dealing 1d6 damage to anyone in melee with the wearer. The wearer can control amount of fire as well as the height. The flames can be put out (or re-lit) by the wearer with a mental command as a swift action.
In addition, the cloak grants a +10 circumstance bonus to hide and move silently checks in shadowy illumination, and a -10 to hide in bright light.
The cloak grants a +4 bonus to AC as if by Mage Armour
