Cape of the Mist (5e Equipment)

Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement) “ Mist me! ” —Unknown This cape smells faint of the Salvia plant, found mostly in mountainous areas. While you wear this cape, you can use an action, or a reaction in response to taking damage, to cast the dimension door spell. This property of the cape can't be used again until the next dawn. When you disappear, you leave behind a cloud of mist, and you appear in a similar cloud of mist at your destination. The mist lightly obscures the space you left and the space you appear in, and it dissipates at the end of your next turn. A light or strong wind disperses the mist.
