Scales.png This page is of questionable balance. Reason: Gaining hit points for 600 rounds, even a small amount, feels imbalanced.

Wondrous item, uncommon

This exquisite bottle of wine is crafted with precision and care by a master vintner. It emanates a faint magical aura, hinting at its unique properties.

Usage. As an action, a character can uncork the bottle and consume the contents.

Effect. When you drink this, you gain advantage on Charisma-based ability checks and saving throws for the next hour. Additionally, the character regains 1d4 hit points at the start of their turn for the duration.

Cork Rejuvenation. Once the elixir is consumed, the empty bottle magically refills with a non-magical, but still fine, vintage after a long rest. However, the magical properties are a one-time use.
