As an action the user can spend a charge to perform one of the following actions. -Create a blast of wind in a 20ft cone. Each creature in that cone must succeed a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be knocked back 30ft and prone. -Ride the bag, acting as a mount with a flying speed of 80ft for 1 round. The bag can carry 100 pounds.
