NYC (Fallout Supplement)

According to Fallout lore, New York City was declared "gone" after the nuclear strike. Unlike Washington D.C. and Boston, NYC is actually not livable according to Fallout lore. If someone wanted to use NYC as a campaign, it would have to be near NYC like in New Jersey, Connecticut, West Point, Long Island or Albany. The effects from the nuclear strike could affect these areas creating a lot of mutated creatures, affecting the drinking water similar to Fallout 3, or having a surge of Super Mutants come from NYC.
