Tribe Royal[edit]

You understand Nature, Community, and Duty. You are the equal of a prince or princess from an 'uncivilized' community, and your family are the traditional leaders of this community and carry significant influence in others. You might be the daughter of a chief taken from her home, the heir of a small kingdom that faces colonization, or a disgraced prince that seeks to undermine the leadership of his home community by working with outsiders.

Is your family well known by Faerun high society, or have most nobles never heard of them? Is your domain the size of a village, or an entire rainforest? Is your community respected by outsiders, or hated? Do aristocrats respect your family's authority, or look down upon them as savages? What do commoners think of you?

Are you first in line for your family's throne? Second or third in line? Do you accept your responsibilty, or wish to get away from it? What does the head of your family view your adventuring carrer? Does your family love you, or are they happy to finnaly be rid of you?

How close to modern society is your community? Are you hunter gatherers with seasonal cities, or do your people have permanet residence? Are your people farmers, warriors, or both? Does your community have nothing but a written language, or every modern thing execpt a written language?

These details help establish your family and your title as features of the world of the campaign.
