Haha, I have made it! If you think something needs more balancing, or is too powerful, plz discuss it here. I felt this was a pretty balanced way to achieve what I wanted, a race capable of a lightning-based hellish rebuke, without making it SUPER complicated or relying on simply knowing the spell, which kinda pushes you towards being a spellcaster, the opposite of what I want. I feel like this is a pretty nice middle ground, and when compared to the Musicus Meter (5e Guideline) seemed pretty okie. KrimsonLord (talk) 02:23, 10 October 2023 (MDT)
