Talk:Longbowman's Leather (3.5e Equipment)

"A simple buckler, designed for maximum mobility in arm moevment and arcane gestures." Um....is this an armor or a buckler....I'm sort of confused. If it's an armor then it is pretty cool. However, one full range increment for a longbow is pretty far away, and knowing my DM he tends to send the monsters in a lot closer than that. I would suggest making the ranged attack bonus activate at half of the range increment or more away instead of a full increment. Otherwise it is a good item worth wearing. I do lot of copy-pasting with my work to keep the format the same. It's armor, and it's intended for use by someone who uses stealth to get in just close enough to hit their target, but far enough away to avoid detection. A longbowman. If you'd like it to work differently, discuss changing the mechanics with your DM, but please keep this the same. If you like, I'm sure no one would mind having you talk about the changes you made to it here. -Valentine the Rogue 04:57, 5 July 2009 (MDT)
