[edit] Power Attack
A valorous lance will basically net you +80 damage for every -1 you take with power attack on a charge. Woohoo! Ghostwheel 16:50, 8 July 2009 (MDT)
+160 damage for every -1 if we pick up a Valorous Lance! (Yay!) --Ghostwheel 02:42, 18 July 2009 (MDT)
[edit] Picture
Anyone have a cool picture of some kind of impressive mounted knight on a thundering charge? --Ghostwheel 00:12, 22 July 2009 (MDT)
[edit] huh?
you forgot to mention complete adventurer as a book (for leap attack). also can you really use leap attack on a mounted charge?--Name Violation 12:18, 22 January 2010 (UTC)
[edit] Multiplying Damage
It seems wrong to me, the way you calculate damage. First quote from SRD:
Multiplying Damage
Sometimes you multiply damage by some factor, such as on a critical hit. Roll the damage (with all modifiers) multiple times and total the results. Note: When you multiply damage more than once, each multiplier works off the original, unmultiplied damage. Exception: Extra damage dice over and above a weapon’s normal damage are never multiplied.
So:
- x2 and x5 should be treated as x6 multiplier not as x10
- Only base weapon dice (1D8) plus modifiers are multipled, 5D6 are not (additional dices from energy weapon property, sneak attack, precise attack etc. are never multiplied)
- that is wrong. damage should be 716.5 per hit (average), or 2866 if all attacks hit --Name Violation 09:01, 25 April 2010 (UTC)
