I got all excited about this class, and so far, as I am a big fan of surprise and ambush tactics...but then I got to the bonus feats...and you get to pick one epic feat...at 8th level... No...just no. I wouldn't allow something like this even if you paid me. At the MOST, maybe at 10th level. What I would recommend is either not using this (which would increase my rating of the PrC dramatically), or at least put that in at 10th level and move Death Attack up to 8th level. Either way, Death attack needs earnt faster than what it does and you definatly need to do something about those epic feats. Also, I just realized that you start this class at 5th level...5TH LEVEL!!! Oh hell no! My rating just dropped to the big 0. - I wanted to reply to Felssion, but didn't have the time yesterday. Sneak attack of opportunity actually seemed alright for a pre-epic. How about this: make it less epic, but have the same theme.
- Can't think of a good name: Whenever you could make an attack of opportunity, you may perform a combat feint against the target.
- Worse than the epic version, but still maintains the idea. You can play around with that too if you want like making it (x times)/turn, an immediate action, or even have a substitute skill check if they want (like sleight of hand maybe).
- To make a pre-epic lingering damage...
- Internal Bleeding Strike: When you make a sneak attack, the subject takes 1 damage on their next turn for each sneak attack die you rolled.
- That seems good to me. It would also make an Epic Ambusher be slightly better than an epic rogue at sneak attacks. Again you can modify that as you please like make it 3/day or something of the sort. --Aarnott 09:01, 4 May 2007 (MDT)

Typing Error[edit]
Under Sneak Attack it says that it is gained every other Level, though it lists it as: 1st, 3rd, 4th, 7th.
It should say 5th, not 4th. Not a big deal, just thought I'd point it out.
