All creatures in range when the spell is cast have a ghostly clock appear above their head, ticking down quickly. At the end of the fourth turn that has passed since you cast this spell, all affected creatures who have less than 150 hit points die instantly, regardless of range. Deafened creatures are immune to the effects of this spell.
