Sukan's shadow is a local legend in the island nation of Lozor. It is said to be the specter of the first and founding emperor of Lozor, Sukan. The shadow appears as Sukan did during her days of conquest, dressed in armor of a dragoon, bearing a lance and staff. The shadow appears monthly at dawn before the temple in Tuoshu. Throughout the month, the shadow is said to travel the country as a guardian, appearing in the capital of Chankulo at the end of its monthly, cyclical odyssey.
