Slow Reflexes

Prerequisites: CON 8 or more, DEX 8 or less
You might not have the fastest hands in the west, or east, or north, or basically anywhere, but at least you’ve gotten used to taking the hits you can’t dodge.

  • Gain resistance to Bludgeoning, Piercing, or Slashing damage.
  • Gain advantage on all concentration saving throws.
  • Reduce your movement speed by 10ft.
  • Gain disadvantage on all Dexterity skill checks and saving throws.
  • Gain disadvantage on all initiative rolls.
  • Gain disadvantage on all reactions you make.
  • All attacks have advantage on you while prone.
  • If you are surprised in combat, you cannot move or take any action for 2 turns instead of 1.
