More information...

A Shade Cloth Plushie is one that lives in the dark, they are cold and devious. The creator of this article may in fact be a Shade Cloth Plushie.

Creating a Shade Cloth Plushie[edit]

“Shade Cloth” is an acquired template that can be added to any Plushie (referred to hereafter as the base creature).

Size and Type[edit]

Size is unchanged. Shade Cloth plushies lose the Fire subtype and instead gain the Cold subtype. Shade Cloth plushies encountered on the Material Plane have the extraplanar subtype.

Speed[edit]

As the base creature's +10 feet, Shade Cloth plushies have an annoying habit of running up behind you in a dark place, yelling "Tag, you're it!" and running off into the darkness (a few more malicious ones might "accidentally" tag you with something sharp and pointy, but don't worry, they'll apologize).

Special Attacks[edit]

Go Dark: The base creature's Go Boom ability now deals cold damage instead of fire damage.

Special Qualities[edit]

Beady Eyes: Shade Cloth plushies have darkvision out to 60 feet, and they can also see perfectly in magical darkness. Shade Cloth plushies can see in darkness, complete darkness, even magical darkness, but not if they're blindfolded...they're dolls, not friggin Superman.

AAAAHHHH... BRIGHT LIGHT!!!: Shade Cloth plushies are dazzled in bright sunlight, or within the radius of a daylight spell, flashlight, or glow-in-the-dark sticker.

Weaknesses: Shade Cloth plushies have three weaknesses.

What, did you really think I was gonna tell you?

Abilities[edit]

+2 Cha, +2 Dex, -2 Rubber Duckies. Oh wait...

Skills[edit]

Shade Cloth plushies gain a +8 racial bonus on Hide and Move Silently checks, all the better to sneak up on you my pretty....

Environment[edit]

Under your bed. I'm serious.
