Sneak Attack (1/Turn). The red widow deals an extra 14 (4d6) damage when she hits a target with a weapon attack and has advantage on the attack roll, or when the target is within 5 feet of an ally of the red widow that isn't incapacitated and the red widow doesn't have disadvantage on the attack roll.

Spider Climb (Spider Form Only). The red widow can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.

Web Sense (Spider Form Only). While in contact with a web, the red widow knows the exact location of any other creature in contact with the same web.

Web Walker (Spider Form Only). The red widow ignores movement restrictions caused by webbing.

ACTIONS

Dagger (Humanoid Form Only). Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) piercing damage.

Bite (Spider Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) piercing damage, and the target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 9 (2d8) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If the poison damage reduces the target to 0 hit points, the target is stable but poisoned for 1 hour, even after regaining hit points, and is paralyzed while poisoned in this way.

Web (Spider Form Only, Recharge 5-6). Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one creature. Hit: The target is restrained by webbing. As an action, the restrained target can make a DC 14 Strength check, bursting the webbing on a success. The webbing can also be attacked and destroyed (AC 10; hp 5; vulnerability to fire damage; immunity to bludgeoning, poison, and psychic damage).

Summon Spiders (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). The red widow summons 1d4 + 2 giant spiders or 1d8 + 4 swarms of spiders. Summoned creatures appear in unoccupied spaces of the red widow's choice within 60 feet of it and are under the red widow's control. Summoned creatures disappear after 1 hour, when the red widow dies, or when the red widow dismisses them as an action.

Change Shape. The red widow magically polymorphs into a Small or Medium humanoid, or back into her true form. Other than its size, its statistics are the same in each form. The red widow's equipment doesn't change with her. When the red widow dies, she reverts to her true form.

Red widows (also known as spider queens) are utterly evil and incredibly deadly shape changers. While most spiders are content waiting for their prey to stumble upon their webs, red widows hunt their prey with a ruthless efficiency that rivals that of the greatest assassins who have ever lived.
The red widow has two physical forms. The first, and that in which it is most commonly encountered, is a humanoid one. In this guise, the red widow appears as a fantastically beautiful and alluring woman with long, flowing red hair. The creature’s dress will vary to enable it to blend in with the humanoid society around it, but will usually be provocative and inviting. In their true form, red widows appear as giant female black widow spiders with reversed coloration—red bodies with a black hourglass symbol on their underbelly.
Red widows typically lair within cities, where they move around in humanoid guise and take new lovers on a roughly weekly pace. Those who draw the love of a red widow often disappear into the night, never to be heard from again.
Red widows revile combat, and prefer to seduce a victim so that they may catch them off guard when they have little in the way of defending themselves immediately on-hand. Once a red widow has a victim in her grasp, she will shift into her spider form and quickly inject her deadly venom, paralyzing them, and leaving them helpless as they are devoured.
