A Radiant-Touched wolf glows with a bright inner light.

On the para-elemental plane of radiance, there are Radiant Creatures, vibrant versions of more common material plane things. Sometimes they intermingle with their material counterparts, and as a result, the blood of a radiant creature makes its way onto the surface of the material world. They are the Radiant Touched, and they glow with an inner light, vibrant and alive. They may appear colorful, saturated with bright hues and light, and some have ribbons of visible light within their body.

[edit] Creating a Radiant Touched

This inherited template can be applied to any Aberration, Animal, Dragon, Fey, Giant, Humanoid, Magical Beast, or Monstrous Humanoid.

[edit] Size and Type

The creature’s type changes to Outsider. Size is unchanged. Do not recalculate base attack bonus or saves.

[edit] Speed

The speed of light infuses their body, granting them a +10 increase in speed.

[edit] Special Attacks

By releasing their inner light they can stun their foes. They may cast Color Spray at their character level 1/day. They gain an additional use at 3 HD, 6 HD, 9 HD, and get it at will at 12 HD. The save is Cha based.

While in sunlight they recover energy. They gain Fast Healing 1, but only within natural sunlight.

They also become immune to Blinding, Dazing, Dazzling, and Stunning.

A radiant touched creature is faster and shines brightly on a social level as well. They gain Dex +2 and Cha +4.

[edit] Skills

The radiant touched creature can see things well and in focus from the light they shed slightly from their bodies. They gain a +4 increase to Spot checks, but are too brightly colored often to sneak and gain a -8 penalty to Hide checks.

In bright places where the sun shines.
