Necklace of the Ash Rat: Made from strung together teeth taken from live Ash Rats (MM II, pg 24), this gruesome necklace allows the wearer to spit flames at a target up to 15 ft away once per round as a ranged touch attack. This is a free action and deals 1d4 points of fire damage to the target and half the damage is also applied to the spitter.
