Wondrous Item (Magical Spellbook), Legendary (requires attunement)

The Maestro's Mirage Tome is a spellbook that oozes charisma and promises unparalleled musical prowess. Its cover is adorned with gilded musical notes and dazzling gemstones that glint with a captivating allure. The pages within are filled with meticulously detailed musical compositions, complex arrangements, and elaborate instructions for performing

Dorian Grey Maestro's Mirage Tome has 3 charges. As a reaction (as described below) while you are holding Maestro's Mirage Tome, you can expend a charge to weave a story of a time once passed. Dorian Grey was a man forever young that could not take any damage. Every ailment that would afflict him was put onto a painting of his likeness instead. He has passed this knowledge to you for your services.

REACTION While representing one of your previous clients, you learned of a powerful ability. When you cast Dorian Grey as a reaction, all damage dealt to you this round is stored in the Maestro's Mirage Tome. Before combat ends, you must expel all the damage in the Maestro's Mirage Tome or take all the damage yourself all at once.

BONUS ACTION You target one creature you can see. You expel all the accumulated damage you have gathered from Dorian Grey on the target creature. If the Target Creature is overkilled by this Bonus Action by more than 25 points of damage, permanently increase your Charisma or your Intelligence by +1 points to a maximum of 20. (+1 levels of exhaustion to wielder)

Each time a successful Dorian Grey Bonus Action is performed, roll a d20. On a natural 1, Maestro's Mirage Tome breaks and is destroyed. Maestro's Mirage Tome regains all expended charges daily at dawn.

Phil Connors Maestro's Mirage Tome has 3 charges. As a reaction (as described below) while you are holding Maestro's Mirage Tome, you can expend a charge to weave a story of a time once passed. Phil Connors was a man trapped in a time loop. After living the same day for 30 or 40 years, he finally learned to escape. He has passed this knowledge to you for your services.

REACTION While representing one of your previous clients, you learned of a powerful ability. If you are targeted by an attack (magical or physical) that would hit you, you can return to the last location you moved from on your previous turn. You will then proceed to take the same actions you previously took and move to where you previous moved. Essentially, you will redo your last turn. Since this is a Reaction to being targeted, that enemy will miss their attack. If you did not move, you will still phase through time and the attack will still miss. (+1 levels of exhaustion to wielder)

Each time a successful Phil Connors is performed, roll a d20. On a natural 1, Maestro's Mirage Tome breaks and is destroyed. Maestro's Mirage Tome regains all expended charges daily at dawn.

Curse. This Tome is cursed. Attuning to this item curses you until you are targeted by a wish spell. The only way to remove exhaustion caused by Maestro's Mirage Tome is to drink at a tavern. No amount of rest will fulfill the need for a great ale, nor will drinking alone or at a "house party". Only the company of strangers and a beverage poured by a bartender with years of experience will make you feel better. Drinking this way removes 1 level of exhaustion per hour.
