Madness is Genius
Prerequisites: Madness
Your mind pulsates with unknown knowledge and bubbles indecipherable insanity, granting you the following benefits:
- Increase your Intelligence score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- As a downtime activity you can scrawl your ravings onto any surface or parchment, using whatever you find to be appropriate ink this creates your proficiency bonus worth of mad scrolls
- As an action or bonus action you can use one of your mad scrolls to instantly pass any intelligence or medicine check
- You gain the flaw "My skull aches and burns with brilliant half-baked ideas that crave to break out of my head. I need to let them out to end my suffering."
