This spell makes it possible to transform one common liquid into a common solid and vice-versa. This works at a rate of 5 cubic yards per caster level. Using this spell, you are capable of turning solid steel into water, or turn an expanse of impassible river into a stone walkway. This spell does not allow for the spontaneous creation of matter, you must already have a solid or liquid on hand to transmute.
Material Component: A small emerald or sapphire worth at least 500gp ground into dust.
