Unsettling. The first time a creature sees a combat form after each short or long rest, they must attempt a DC 11 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, they are frightened for 1 minute. They may retry this saving throw at the end of each of their turns.

Flesh Bomb. If the combat form is killed by piercing damage that is not from a critical hit, it explodes. Each creature within 10ft makes a DEX Saving Throw. Each creature takes 2d6 poison damage, or half as much if it saves. The Flood Carrier Form then creates 1d8 infection form anywhere within 15 feet.

ACTIONS

Self Destruct. If The Carrier Form comes within 10ft of an enemy it falls prone and explodes. Each creature within 10ft makes a DEX Saving Throw. Each creature takes 2d6 poison damage, or half as much if it saves. The Flood Carrier Form then creates 1d8 infection form anywhere within 15 feet.

Flood Carrier Form

Carrier forms are formed from older Combat Forms[5] or from bodies that are unsuitable for combat. Lieutenant McKay theorized that Unggoy and Kig-Yar couldn't become Combat Forms and instead directly converted into Carrier Forms,[6] though this theory has been disproved.[7]
