Deals no damage but infects all dead beings from any plane, excluding major deities.
The creation of a plague known as the blight, infects the dead and rises them as the primary casters slaves, plague is then spread from one target to anything it kills enhancing the size of the blighted army, forbidden dark spell, requires power from 3 dragons, performing this spell kills all secondary casters.
At Higher Levels/With More Casters. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 9th level or higher or with 155 secondary casters or more.
At Higher Levels/With More Casters. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 13th level or higher or with 155 secondary casters or more the blight spreads far faster, even infecting the living.
