so yeah, specifically the PrC Drunken Master on top of a Monk. Is the Drunken Master's base attack bonus also added to the Monk's Flurry of Blows attack bonuses? Any citation from 3.5 book would be amazing if possible. thanks for your help!

As per http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Monk#Flurry_of_Blows, flurry is an attack penalty, so you add all your attack bonuses together and then subtract the penalty that applies at your level
