Chilling Wind Glyphologist Attack 1
You whirl up some cold air to cool your enemies down a bit.
Encounter Star.gif Arcane, Cold, Force, Implement
Standard Action Close blast 2
Requirement: Invoke Cost: Ice, Wind
Target: Each creature in blast
Attack: Charisma Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2d6 + Charisma modifier damage and the target is slowed until the end of your next turn.
Miss: Half damage
Augment: Focus

Effect: Change the target to one or two creatures in blast.
Hit: As above, but the target is immobilized instead of slowed.
