| Special: When you charge, you can use this power in place of a melee basic attack. | |
| Attack: Dexterity Vs. AC | |
| Hit: 3[W] + 2[B] + Dexterity modifier damage. | |
| Effect: Until the end of your next turn, all of the target's defenses against your attacks take a penalty equal to your Strength modifier (minimum 1). | |
| Sustain Minor: You sustain the penalty for another round. | |
