Wand, rare (requires attunement) a twisted rod of metal forged by Harlok, orc god of the forge Bulky Design. This wand has the Heavy and Two-handed properties. Cannon Blast. All creatures in a 60ft line must make a DC (8 + proficiency modifier + intelligence modifier) Dexterity saving throw, taking 3d10 + intelligence modifier force damage on a failure and half on a success. Deals maximum damage to non-magical objects. Cannon Blast uses 1 charge. Arcannon has 7 charges, recovering 1 charge per 10 minutes. |
