Rapid Reload (3.5e Feat)

You know how to reduce the time it takes you to reload a weapon that you are proficient with.

Weapon Proficiency (ranged weapon with a reload time).

[edit] Benefit

With this feat, weapons that normally take a move action to reload now take a free action and weapons that normally take a standard or full-round action to reload now take a move action. In addition, reloading a weapon effected by this feat no longer provokes an attack of opportunity.

[edit] Special

This feat only applies to weapons you are proficient with. A fighter may select Rapid Reload as one of his fighter bonus feats.
