Initiative. Whenever you have to test your reflexes you make a Dexterity (Initiative) check, such as snatching an item falling out of reach or before someone else, grabbing on a loose rope sliding over the cliff's edge with your friend at the other end, and - of course - when rolling for initiative in combat.

Editorial Note: For once, this clarifies that bards DO recieve half their proficiency bonus on initiative checks and second, why NOT make it a skill? :)
