I'm guessing Anke-Katrin Eiszmann is the artist, but that's just a guess. Her page does not appear to provide copyright information. (It's in Polish, I think, so I can't be sure.)
The only site that supplies copyright information does not appear to list a copyright for this image. (It's in German, which I also do not read.)
Conclusion: This image is in the public domain. If anyone has evidence to dispute this, please let me know. --Cúthalion 09:29, 19 April 2007 (MDT)
