Maid[edit]

Fighter subclass

Those that are loyal to their masters and have the utmost respect for them are able to channel their feelings of love and devotion into raw strength in order to protect their master. The maids are taught; the etiquette of the dining room when serving, the precision of folding towels and dusting the master's manor and they have the knowledge of the master's libraries, which allows them to learn and understand different battle tactics in order to protect the one that they care for deeply.

Maiden Duties[edit]

When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you learn two Maiden Duties of your choice. Your Maiden Duties options are detailed at the end of the class description. Additionally, when you gain a level in this class, you can choose one of the Maiden Duties you know and replace it with another Maiden Duty that you could learn at that level. You learn one additional Maiden Duty of your choice at 5th, 9th, 13th and 17th level. Many duties enhance your power to protect your master in some way.

Save DC = Some of your duties require your target to make a saving throw to resist the Maiden Duty's effects. The saving throw DC is calculated as follows: DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength or Dexterity modifier (your choice)

Maid Uniform[edit]

Your uniform has been tailor made to be protective, nonrestrictive and pleasing to the eyes. Again at 3rd level, you gain access to your Maid Uniform; it counts as a set of fine clothes and while wearing it you gain an Unarmored AC = 10 + your Dexterity modifier + your Constitution modifier.

Maiden Versatility[edit]

As a maid, you've worked on every post for your master and thus have been trained to excel in such tasks. Once more at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in three Artisan's Tools or Musical Instruments.

On the Clock[edit]

At 7th level, due to your proficiency with meal preparation you are able spend some of your downtime to prepare a fine meal complete with tea for your companions (Provided you have the ingredients). Those who ate your meal gain 2d8 + your Wisdom modifier temporary hit points if you spent a Short rest to create your meal. And double that if you spent a Long Rest instead.

Undying Loyalty[edit]

At 10th level, you can gain the benefits of the Interception and Protection Fighting Style Options without wielding a Shield, but you must have at least one free hand.

An Eye For Detail

You gain proficiency with the Investigation Skills.


A Maiden's Plea

You gain proficiency in the Persuasion Skill.


Disciplinary Action Prerequisite: 5th level

Whenever a friendly creature within 10 feet of you avoids a melee weapon attack, you can use a reaction to force the attacker to make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, it drops the weapon it used for the triggering attack.


Fast Reflexes

When a creature misses you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to make a single melee weapon attack against the creature.


Master's Defense

Whenever a friendly creature within 10 feet of you is hit by a melee attack. You can use your reaction to jump between the target and the attacker to make them target you instead. If then, the attack misses you, you can make a single melee attack against the attacker.


Handmaiden's Authority

When you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can forgo your reaction to force the target to make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, it is frightened of you until the end of your next turn.


Maiden's Wrath

You can spend your bonus action to give yourself a +1 bonus to both the Attack and Damage rolls for a single weapon attack. If the target is Large or smaller, it must make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, you push the target up to 10 feet away from you.


Notice Me Prerequisite: 5th level

On your turn, you can use a bonus action to target a number of creatures equal to half your proficiency bonus. The targets must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, they gain disadvantage on all attacks that don't target you.


Servant's Endurance

When another creature hits you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to reduce the damage by your proficiency bonus plus your Fighter level.


Stay Put

Whenever a friendly creature, other than you, gets hit with a melee attack while the attacker is within 10 feet of you. You can spend your reaction to make an unarmed attack against the attacker and move them up to 15 feet away from you.


Sweeping Prerequisite: 9th level

You can cast Freedom of Movement once on yourself without expending a spell slot. You regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest.


Sweep Under the Rug

You have Advantage on Dexterity Checks to hide Small or smaller objects.
