Werebear[edit]

Prerequisite

You must be a humanoid having been capable of being pierced by the bite of another infected creature. You must also be level 5 or higher to suffer from this affliction.

Statistics[edit]

Equipment.

Abilities. Your Strength score increases by 1.

Speed. Your base walking speed is 40 feet. Your base climbing speed is 30 feet.

Damage Vulnerabilities. You are vulnerable to silvered weapons.(This apply to all the werebear form.)

Languages You can understand all languages you knew but cant speak any of them.

Skills

Alignment While in bear form, your alignment becomes neutral evil.

Traits[edit]

  • Beast fortitude: When you transform in your bear or hybrid form you retain the HP you had before the transformation and gain an extra 20 as temporary HP.
  • Keen Smell: You have advantage on Perception checks that rely on smell (Bear or hybrid form only.)
  • Shapechanger: Spend one action to transform into a large bear or hybrid all stats are the same except AC and size. Your AC in bear or hybrid is 11 from natural armor, your size becomes Large in bear or hybrid. No gear transforms with you. You can wield weapons in hybrid form. When you die you revert to humanoid form. You transform automatically if it is a full moon and cannot revert until the night is over.

Actions[edit]

Natural attack (Bite) You deal 2d8 pierceing damage + your Strength modifier. On a hit creatures must make a Constitution save equal to 12 + your proficiency bonus.

Natural atack (claws) You deal 2d6 slashing damage + your Strength modifier.

Multiattack: The bear makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its claw or two with it claws.
