you create a wall of light centered on a solid surface within range. the wall emits bright light for 120 feet, and dim light for another 180 feet. You can make the wall up to 60 feet long, 20 feet high, and 1 foot thick, or a ringed wall up to 20 feet in diameter, 20 feet high, and 1 foot thick. each creature inside the wall at any point must make a Dex save or take 8d8 radiant damage per round until the spell ends and be blinded until the spell ends on a fail, or take 8d8 radiant damage once on a success. they can make a Con save as an action once each turn to attempt to end the blindness and damage until they are in the wall at any point again, ending it on a success, and doing nothing on a failure. if they are in the wall while they make the Con save, it does nothing on a success or failure. the wall vanishes when the spell ends.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, increase the damage by 2d8, and the spell length by 1 round for each slot level above 3rd.
