Physical Description[edit]

  • Vampires closely resemble the race they were before undeath, the base race, with taut grey skin and yellowy eyes

  • Vampires are usually rejected by most races with extreme prejudice from their base race

  • Darker, colder regions with an array of the base race to feed on

Racial Traits[edit]

  • +2 STR +2 CON +2 INT +2 CHR
  • Vampires base land speed is feet
  • Resurective:If brought to 0 hit points by a non-vampire removal method, will be restored to half health after 3d6 turns
  • Hypnotism: —. Caster level is . The save DC is -based.
  • Gaseous form: —. Caster level is . The save DC is -based.
  • Automatic Languages: common Bonus Languages: that of the base race
  • Level Adjustment: If this race has an LA of +0, this can be omitted
  • if exposed to sunlight, vampires start to take 3d6 fire damage per turn until they are no longer exposed to it.
  • Vampire Removal Methods Resurective no longer applies if killed by sunlight damage, for as long as there is a wooden stake in the vampire's chest, or if the head is removed with a silver weapon and stuffed with holy wafers from a religion they do not follow
  • If a vampire sees a Holy Item from a religion they do not follow they must make a DC 20 wisdom check. if they fail, they are incapacitated for as long as they can see it.
  • if a vampire comes near garlic, they must make a DC 15 constitution saving throw, if they fail, they cannot come within 5' of the garlic.
  • Vampires cast no shadow and have no reflection in silver or glass mirrors
