Jinchuriki Regeneration. At the beginning of each of his turns, Utakata regains 2 hit points.
Jinchuriki Resistance. Utakata has advantage on Dexterity and Constitution saving throws.
Multiattack. Utakata can make 2 unarmed strikes or 5 acid permeation attacks.
Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (3d4 + 3) magical bludgeoning damage.
Acid Permeation (1 Chakra). Ranged Spell Attack: +8 to hit, range 30 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) acid damage.
Soap Bubble Ninjutsu (14 Chakra). Utakata blows a 15 foot radius of bubbles up to 60 feet away from him. Once per turn when a creature moves while inside this area, they must succeed a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they take 10 (2d6 + 3) acid damage.
Becoming a Jinchuriki relatively later in life compared to many of his contemporaries, Utakata is a lover of peace. Due to this, he left his village during the Blood Mist era. While he never truly befriended Saiken, the Tailed Beast shared many of his beliefs and didn't actively fight him. As such, he is generally able to switch between his base form and Initial Release, though with some bargaining. Though rarely, Saiken has been known to allow him to enter Tailed Release without attempting to take over his body.
