Trel-Kai (5e Race)
From D&D Wiki
These 8 foot tall muscular humanoids have 4 arms and greyish blue skin. Each of their 4 hands has 2 fingers and 1 thumb, which oddly enough works to make their punches much stronger.
While many speculate on the nature of the Trel-Kai's origins, noone has quite pin pointed truth on the matter.
They have a society entirely built around strength, where the strong hold absolute power and the weak are used as slaves for those who are more powerful.
