Talk:Otsutsuki (5e Race)

Well, let me just say this is my first time making a race, but if you see something that is not right, or should be changed, please tell me here. (Xandelicious)

From a quick glance, I see a few issues.

• 30 foot flying speed with zero restrictions is a bit iffy, even before anything else.
• Mutant Transformation is very unclear(at what point did you get a companion?), but it reads as essentially a free +6 ASI, which is incredibly imbalanced.
• At 5th level, you can just ignore any and all travel. Not that it's easier, or cheaper to do, or less dangerous, you just get to ignore it.
• Races don't gain features past 5th level, so I'm not going to comment on either of those features that shouldn't be there in the first place.

I'm not at all familiar with Naruto, but I can only assume this race is more deity than anything playable in 5e should be. Granted, I may be wrong, but this may be outside the scope of typical races. Either way, it needs to be toned down/brought to the standards of stuff in the SRD. --SwankyPants (talk) 20:53, 13 August 2022 (MDT)
