Lost racial traits are as follows:

Shocking nebula Costs 3 darkness points.

Fire nebula Change all your damaging cantrips to fire damage, increase your charisma by 4 and you now have a +5 bonus on your initiative. (your previous bonus is stacked on this.)

Shocking nebula Change all your damaging cantrips to shocking damage, increase your dexterity by 4 and you now have +25 move speed added to your original move speed.

Ice nebula Change all your damaging cantrips to cold damage, increase your constitution by 4 and add a +5 on your ac.

Posses being. Costs 6 darkness points. Costs 3 darkness points if creature was reduced to 0 before you possess them. Summoning your strength you jump into a friend or foe controlling them as you like. You can be in said creature as long as you like but if you are reduced to 0 you automatically die outright with no body. If you would have been knocked unconscious and not killed the creature doesn't die and go’s to half health. But if you would have been killed outright the creature comes down with you. When controlling a creature you gain all the creatures abilities and you can use all of your cantrips and can still spend darkness points inside said creature. However for every hit you take it deal double damage to your hitpoints. If you take any radiant damage you are forced to come out of said creature no matter how weak the hit was.
