I think this should have been made correctly, please tell if it isn't - Pokegard

I would like to say that the artifact doesn't allow you to freeze time, it says that an entity that can freeze time starts following you, meaning that that it can freeze you in time. And it is supposed to be able to store anything yes - pokegard

First things first.If you click signature icon () on the top left of editing box your message on the talk page will be signed with time, date and your nickname. This really hepls with reading the talk pages, as well as putting ":" sign at thestart of the comment, which will move whole paragraph to the right, more ::::: meaning further right, which helps with prolongated discussions. And final, concerning the artifact itself: it is not that you can stop time without limits, nothing should have that power, and if entity like that exists, and behaves like you described, it breaks the literal 4th wall. Additionally, without providing more informations, personality paragraph like with sentient magic items or a statblock of this narrator, the destroying paragraph is nonsensical; you cannot kill something that can just stop time. For the storing problem: you can instantly win any encounter whatsoever with this, just throw the enemy inside. Not to mention 10% chance to instantly produce any item in existence with this. For the descriptions and formatting, look at other items, both official and homebrewed, for way they should be worded, like Axe of the Dwarvish Lords or Orb of Dragonkind. Fair enough, for whatever it is worth I have changed it so that you can trap enemies inside of it unless they are willing, and the reason why it breaks the forth wall is because it is supposed to be a reference to a kids show.
