Suigetsu (5e Creature)

Medium humanoid (Human), lawful neutral
Chakra. Suigetsu has 25 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.
Evasion. When Suigetsu is subject to an effect that requires him to make a Dexterity saving throw to take half damage, he takes half damage on a failure and no damage on a success.
Multiattack. Suigetsu can make 2 Kubikiribōchō, Broken Kubikiribōchō, or unarmed strike attacks.
Kubikiribōchō. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) slashing damage.
Broken Kubikiribōchō. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage.
Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 4) slashing damage.
Water Gun (1 Chakra). Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 20 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) piercing damage.
Water Gun: Two Gun Style (12 Chakra). Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 30 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) piercing damage and 7 (1d12) cold damage.
Hydrification (7 Chakra). For 1 minute, Suigetsu can switch between being made of water and not being made of water as a bonus action. While made of water, he gains immunity to bludgeoning, slashing, and piercing damage, but vulnerability to to lightning and fire damage and can squeeze through any space, no matter how small.
Kubikiribōchō Defense. Suigetsu gains +2 AC. On a miss, the attacker still rolls for damage. If the damage roll exceeds 20, Suigetsu and the attacker must make an Athletics contest. If Suigetsu fails, the blade shatters, dealing 4 (1d8) magical piercing damage, and Suigetsu can't make Kubikiribōchō attacks until he successfully hits 3 Broken Kubikiribōchō attacks.
Added to Orochimaru's ranks as a teenager for his clan's Hydrification jutsu, Suigetsu was once in the running to become one of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist. After his brother Mangetsu, who shared his ambition, died in battle after becoming one of the seven, he changed his goal to retrieving and mastering all seven swords. After Orochimaru's death, he was freed from his prison by Sasuke in order to form Hebi, which would later become Taka.
