A succubus descendant resembles in the most cases the not fiendish parent. Though there are a few notable differences due to their fiendish heritage. There fingernails resemble black claws and the ears are pointed like an elf's, but with rounder lines. On the head they can have horns and in some rare cases a succubus descendant might also be born with a tail. Sizes differ from individual to individual. The skin colore also gets a bit shifted into the red or grey spectrum.
The succubus descendant are specifically the offspring of a humanoid and a lesser tanar'ri-fiend, which we know as Succubus or Incubus. Such children are also known as cambions, but this term describes all offspring coming from all fiends, devils and demons with humanoids. Succubus descendants are due to their fiendish heritage by nature evil. Though those who had a good-hearted humanoid as father or mother do have a small chance to be also of a good nature. The more the fiend-blood is watered down over the generations, the higher are the chances for the child to be good at heart.
Succubus descendants, just like suucibi and incibi, preffere to flee than fight. This can take on many formes like, staying in the back line and casting spells up to avoiding coflict as good as possible. Many succubus descendants are not what you would call nice persons. Especially those of the first 3 gererations. Rare are the exceptions of the norm within them.
Since the occurrence of a humanoid and a lesser tanar'ri-fiend having offspring is so rare by it self already, succubus descendants are commonly mixed into the population. The highest chance of finding them is in tiefling-towns and -villages.

The Children of Humanoids and Succubi/Incubi
Ability Score Increase. Your Charisma score increases by 2 and your Dexterity score increases by 1.
Age. Succubus descendants reach maturity within the 16th year of life. The eldest they can get depends on the age the humanoid partner's race can reach.
Alignment. Succubus descendants tend to be mostly neutral evil. But there is a small chance for them to be born good.
Size. Succubus descendants vary widely in height and build, from barely 5 feet to well over 6 feet tall, depending on the humanoid parent's race.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Evasion. Beginning at 2nd level, you can nimbly dodge out of the way of certain area effects, such as a red dragon’s fiery breath or an ice storm spell. When you are subjected to an effect that allows you to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, you instead take no damage if you succeed on the saving throw, and only half damage if you fail.
Uncanny Dodge. Starting at 2nd level, when an attacker that you can see hits you with an attack, you can use your reaction to halve the attack’s damage against you.
Magical Strikes. Starting at 6th level, your weapon attacks count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance.
Save DC. For the affects of the abilities that would require a saving throw, the DC is 8 plus your Charisma modifier plus your proficiency bonus.
Lovely Looks. Your ancestor has blessed you with exceptional good looks. Starting at first level you have advantage on Persuasion checks against those of the opposite gender.
Charming Glance. At 3rd level, your ancestor has given you the power to cast the charm person spell 3 times. Creatures of the opposite gender have disadvantage on the saving throw. You regain all uses of this feature over the course of a long rest.
Distracting Beauty. At 5th level Your Lovely looks have become a distraction to others. when in combat, if a creature would attack you with a melee weapon, it is rolled at a D.C. of 2 higher
Charmspeak. At 7th level your fiendish ancestor has given you the power of Charmspeak. You may now cast the spell Suggestion 3 times. Creatures of the opposite gender have disadvantage on the saving throw.
Infernal Resistance. Starting at 10th level, you gain resistance to Psychic, Fire, and Necrotic damage.
Honeyed Words. At 11th level, your powers of persuasion have grown and the demons charm flows through your speech. You gain a passive Persuasion of 15. This number goes up by 2 each time you gain a feature in this parentage.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language of your choice.
