Sphere of Flames (5e Spell)

As a ranged spell attack, create a fiery sphere about one foot in diameter, and send it hurling towards a target. The target must then make a dexterity saving throw, or be dealt 1d12 fire damage. If the target fails the saving throw, the sphere explodes and everything in a five foot radius must also make a dexterity saving throw and be dealt 1d6 damage on a failed save, and no damage on a successful save. If the intended target succeeds in it's saving throw, it takes 1d6 damage and the sphere dissipates after it hits.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4 or higher, the damage dealt increases by 1d12 each level. However, the damage dealt on a successful save by the target remains the same as when casting the spell at the 3rd level.
