Languages all non telepathy languages.

red hot radius of radiance, reach self (60 ft radius sphere), each creature in the sphere including Sir Jaroid must make a dc 20 con save and take 10d8 radiant damage and be blinded for 2 minutes on a fail, or take 5d8 radiant damage and be blinded for 6 seconds on a success, a creature that succeeds its saving throw cant be blinded by this effect for 1 hour, Sir Jaroid is not immune to radiant damage dealt by this.

action surge(up to 3 total per trance, up to 1 per turn), Sir Jaroid gains 3 more actions this turn, and can move an extra 200 feet this turn(this takes an action to activate, and counts as a spell with a casting time of 1 action for the purposes of reacting to it, or him activating it). fly, (1 legendary action) he flies up to 150 feet and then can make an unarmed strike with his body, dealing an extra 2d8 damage in addition to the 1d8+str normal, this also deals 4 bludgeoning damage to Sir Jaroid(both damages count as a silver weapons for the purposes of overcoming resistances and immunity).

multi attack(5 legendary actions), Sir Jaroid takes the red hot radius of radiance action for free, after taking the sword of light attack (1 hand) action 2 times for free, and taking the sword of light attack (2 hands) action 3 times for free.The Sir Jaroid can take 5 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Sir Jaroid regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

his feature is called super trance when he would take a long rest, he instead takes a 2 hour trance, gaining the effects of 1 long rest, but regaining up to 1 quarter of his hit dice, instead of up to 1 half.
